Return & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Joyful Art Witch. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we're here to help.

1. Returns

1.1. Prints: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email joyfulartwitch@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.

1.2. Commission Art: Pieces are not eligible for a return. However, updates can be made depending on the situation. Please email joyfulartwitch@gmail.com.

1.3. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you received the artwork to request a return or update.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. Refund Eligibility: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

3. Shipping

3.1. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2. Damaged Items: If your artwork arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at joyfulartwitch@gmail.com for assistance.
